Lifestyle Begins Before Birth

The baby in the womb already begins to be influenced by his external environment. That is why it is recommended that the mother be relaxed, play relaxing music,and  not to eat very spicy foods or drink alcohol, etc.

After birth, the child is influenced by the people in his environment, even before he can think for himself. when the child is two or three years old parent begin to read him stories which expands his horizons even more. Some stories are just fun stories. other stories are both fun and educational, giving the children more information about life and new idea.

When the child goes to nursery school or kindergarten he meets even more children from different backgrounds.

Lifestyle is a funny thing. on one hand it is n outgrowth of our own inner personalities. On the other hand it is a reflection of the world that we live in. Many factors around us impact affect and mold our lifestyle. Religion, work , society, the subcultures where we live and function on a daily and weekly basic, family, etc.

Also the books that we read, the movies that we see, and the internet all affect us. some people are more influenced in their choices of want to do, while others are more guided by their inner light, by who they really are. In the long run, you have to live with yourself so you are better off choosing your activities based on who you are.
